Infinite Freedom

I am free from all the ideas
of the human race
they are just mirages,

I am free from the
belief in a “mortal mind”
it has no reality,

I am free from the images
built by my senses
they are patterns of electrons
dancing in ecstasy,

I am free from the illusion
of the independence of matter,
it is a false interpretation
of Spiritual Reality,

I am free from all my perceptions of Time
and space,
It is a belief made visible
through self hypnosis,

I am free from all thoughts about my Self
good of bad,
I am only what I AM
and it is Good,

I am free from the opinions of others
I know I am unique and worthy,

I am free of the ideas of Qualities and defects,
I am free from the intention to change myself,
Nothing and nobody
even my actions
can affect my perfection,

I am free from lack,
from fear of lack
and from any fear,
I AM my strength
so what shall I fear,

I am free from my past,
I am free from my family tree,
and all past incarnations from the beginning of time,
I AM standing in the middle of nothing
I Am the only power

I am free from sickness and Death,
Life can never act against Life,

I am free from all beliefs in karma and sin,
they are only a belief in the possibility
of another power called “evil”,
I know that it is nothing more
than the Truth looked at under a wrong angle,

I am free from desire of anything
I know that all come to me
when I decide it,

I am free from any idea of limitation,
why should I limit my infinite Good?

I am free from the need for Love
I am made of it’s substance,

I am free from all beliefs in God,

living from my heart
is all I need,

I am even free from the need for freedom
it belongs already to me forever,
I just need to feel it,

I am free from any so-called “spiritual search”,
where can I reach my Self
if I move away from it?

I am Now free from all thoughts,
absolutely ALL thoughts!

From the present moment
I Choose consciously
to hold nothing in mind anymore,
I am free from knowing
and from the need to understand.

I walk Divinely Free

12 steps healing tool

1. We admit we are powerless over our problems, that our lives are unmanageable through our limited capacities.

2. We believe that a Power greater than ourselves can restore us to Harmony.

3. We make a decision to turn our will and our lives over to the care of this Power as we understand It.

4. Make a searching and fearless inventory of our limiting beliefs.

5. Admit to the Power and to ourselves the exact nature of our limiting beliefs about ourselves, the world or others.

6. Are entirely ready to have the Power we believe in remove all these beliefs.

7. Humbly ask It to erase all our limiting memories.

Working on causes.

I do not try to work on the manifested world
because I know it is a world of effect,
only the manifestation of old causes.

Adding new causes to old effects
would result in more disorder
and more problems.

The way to the solution of any problem
is erasing old causes,
not understanding, just choosing to erase.

The only understanding needed is about this difference
between causes and effects
and acting accordingly.

I choose to work on the spiritual plane
the world of effect is just a reflection
in a mirror called “reality”.

I work on the spiritual plane
through what I call “MY” MIND,
but I know that this is the ONE MIND
I share with the world.

It is why my thoughts affect
the whole Universe
and in return, the whole Universe affects me.

My True Nature

My True Nature is not in my past,
nor in my future,
not in my memories,
nor in my achievements,
in my family,
nor in my job,
in my pain,
nor in my joy,…

My true nature is never IN any situation
but THROUGH all situations.
The World is not here for me
nor against me,
the world just happens through me
because there is nothing as “ME”,
just a feeling of I Amness.

All happens in consciousness,
always changing,
always new.

Today I want to write about an interesting comment posted recently on this blog :

“How does one let go of things they know do them no good?  How do you release your traumas?”

This blog is based on a very simple idea : all our reality is created by thoughts. It is like a garden, if you plant a seed you get something growing. The problem with the garden of our life is that a lot of seeds were planted without control. Some were planted by others, some by ourselves unconsciously. The result is often that our inner garden does not look great…

Noticing is the first step. It means that our inner sense of Beauty has awakened.

The second step is the vision : which kind of flowers or plants make me feel really happy?

The third step is taking off the weeds with a loving and compassionate heart : “Sorry dear weeds but you do not correspond with the garden I am creating now.”

This loving attitude is a very important step on the process because for any release to be successful we have to forgive everyone and everything  in our past. I insist, IT IS THE KEY… It is why one of the most important part of the message of Jesus is : “Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, so you may become the sons of your Father in heaven…Why should God reward you if you love only the people who love you?”

Why is it so? Because the ideal of Harmony and Peace in the whole Universe is based on a condition allowing all “sins” to be forgiven.  Any unforgiven sin will keep us all trapped in the wheel of Karma. We will stay outside of the “Paradise” until all human beings understand that our jugements about others are the only hell that exists  . It is why Jesus on the cross did not feel any hatred against his persecutors. His whole story is about releasing, always releasing unconditionally. In the whole New Testament, there is not any example of a sin not being forgiven.

Jesus did not focus his consciousness on the pain or on the wounds because he knew the truth which is : “if you destroy this Temple, it will take only 3 days to rebuild it”. That means that even if you destroy my garden, the Power of the Source will help me recreate it in perfect harmony.

Violence, traumas, any of our past wound, let release all this to the Christ within us. Complaining does not help. Old reactions may surface again, it may take some time but sometimes Grace operates instantly . Just think deep in your heart :  “I leave it to you Great Spirit, I CHOOSE CONSCIOUSLY to release all those memories in your hands for transmutation.”

And if you feel unable to send love to your persecutors,  just leave them to the Love of the Source, bless them and let them go, you are not the Judge anymore, not even a victim ; you are REBORN IN A PURE STATE OF INNOCENCE…

Write a list of those painful memories and say “I bless you” then release, burn that list and scatter the ashes in a forest, then let it all go, the Great Spirit will do the balancing…

This ritual will not only help yourself but also the whole Universe because all is interconnected and your pain is ours, and your memories if not released will bring more karma on this Earth…

Just decide to release and breathe out all the weeds, release them back to the Father. It is not real  anymore, only old energy…

Then when you are done with the cleaning of your garden, day by day, moment by moment, consciously, bless your young daughter with all the beautiful flowers you want to share with her…The whole Universe will assist you for that. She is your mirror, bless yourself through her with the gift of the ideal life you would have dreamed to enjoy as a kid.

She is the embodiment of your healing, you are her teacher and her student, Blessings!

About opinions and judgements

The opinion of others does not affect me.
It is only their opinion and their world.

Like everyone, I am expressing my truth and I know that on this Planet not two opinions are similar even when they look so.
Being always conscious of this fact, I never judge others because I know that they express their truth and that what they believe corresponds to their present level of consciousness.

When I look for answers I turn inside myself and listen in silence.
Even if no answer seem to come, I keep listening because I am convinced that the Source of Life that animates my body, repair my cells and manage all the functions of my organs will give me all the answers I need.

With the incoming and outgoing of breath I get all the answers I need . I just have to keep silent, open, relaxed in this truth and know that I am always answered.

I fully let go of control.

I fully let go of fear. There is no competition in this world, the sun shines for everyone and nobody will take my sun.

There is success and abundance for everybody.
This Earth is a playground
and we are all supported by our essence.
Everybody is unique, talented and our full self expression is the goal of life.

I am unique, I have unique dreams and unique talents, I express and fulfill fully my own path.
For this, I am inspired and guided at every moment.

Everybody is like me. Loved and protected by the Universe.
The belief that life is a jungle is an illusion and the idea that we have to fight to survive is a false belief.

I just need to relax, trust the Principle of Life, let it flow in me and freely express my dreams.

There is no space for jealousy an envy because those feelings are an expression of fear.

I stop controlling and fearing.
I release all my past errors, failures and memories because they are the results of false beliefs.

Nobody is responsible for me, nobody is in charge in my behalf : I AM 100% IN CHARGE but I am never alone. I am always inspired and supported by the Whole Universe and the Great Spirit.
All answers come when I need them.
I am always fully receptive to the inspiration coming to me.

By myself I know nothing, I am not even able to breathe by myself or make my heart beat…
I am directed from inside. I have just to be the joyful witness of my own success and of the success of all humans around me.

I am unconditionally supportive and supported.
Earth is Self expressing Harmony.

Treatment for Inspiration

I Am a manifestation of the Infinite Principle called God.

Through me flows the infinite power of this Principle.

There is no difference between my world and the world of God because the world of God flows through me and extends beyond my logical understanding.

I do not accept any limitation nor any difference between the world of God and my world. Limitations are only false beliefs and blocks to the Divine flow .

I am a pure, transparent channel for the infinite and unlimited creative Power of the Divine. It operates through me day and night.

I do not know anything by myself but the Divine in me knows All that is, it knows all my needs and all the needs of the creation and works continuously towards their most harmonious and benevolent satisfaction.

The Divine is the Source of the answers to all my questions, it always instantly answers. I stay fully open to its voice 24 hours a day.

Day and night, I stay open to all the inspirations of the infinite.

The Infinite always showers every one of it’s creatures with the right wisdom at the right moment.

Every one of us being a living and vibrating creation of the Divine, we are all unlimited on all planes of manifestation.

Abundance of health, joy, energy, dreams, projects, exciting activities, supply and loving relationships is the manifestation of the natural operation of the Divine Law.

There is no limit to abundance.

Abundance is present everywhere now in my life through everything : the air I breathe, the light I see, the infinite shapes of nature,…

My consciousness itself is the substance of the abundance and it is unlimited.

I can feel the Divine flow right now in my reality, this light dissolves all resistance. I am an open channel for the flow of abundance in my life an the life of others.

This Words are not my Words, they are the words of the Divine expressing through me and they are already accomplished in my reality.

Nothing to fix

Every morning, in my mails, I get a bunch of offers to “fix me”. Some of those offer me to change the length of my sex, of my orgasms, to improve my virility, my moods, my finances, help me get out of mortgage…This is all about my supposed deficient physical state…

But because my being is a whole, I also get a lot of spiritual fix-ups : be more present, release your stress, flow with the Shift, align with the stars…

THANK YOU!THANK YOU! THANK YOU! I am so glad having such a lot of people worrying for me! The problem is that all those offers do not offer you any solution. They create problems for you! They enter your mailbox and say : “Did your girl friend notice how much you are a bad lover?”, “Don’t you feel all that stress?”

Ah! Ok…We are glad you finally noticed how much you need to be fixed! Now please take your credit card and give us your references. We will fix you. And they fix you Step 1. But now because you lost your peace of mind you have to take step 2 and then step 3…and if you imagine that one day you will get your diploma it just means that you are a perfect customer…

There is nothing to fix! We are perfect! If we like organic vegetables, it’s perfect. If we prefer junkie hamburgers, perfect too. You like sex, perfect! You hate it! Fine! Congratulations! Life is about what you like. Just what you like! Let’s be ourselves as we are!
